Rapid Response & Design
Upon receiving your inquiry, we complete an initial evaluation within 24 hours. Following collaboration with our internal engineering and design teams, we commit to delivering a preliminary design proposal and feasibility analysis within 48 hours.
In-Depth Consultation & Quotation
We engage in a thorough discussion to finalize project details, including material specifications, craftsmanship, and packaging. Subsequently, based on your logistics requirements, we provide a precise quotation tailored to your preferred terms: EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free on Board), or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
Prototyping & Validation
Upon signing the sales contract and verifying payment (full payment or deposit), we immediately initiate the prototyping process, typically completed within 1 week.
Production & Dispatch
Upon completion of mass production, we promptly finalize packaging and labeling, and notify you. Within 2 business days of the goods being marked ready and the balance payment being settled, we arrange immediate shipment to ensure seamless logistics.

A2:We fully understand your concerns. However, since our existing certifications are exclusive to specific entities and cannot be directly applied to your store, we are unable to provide the copies upfront. That said, we can assist you in arranging a third-party inspection and testing for your order, as we guarantee our products fully meet all compliance requirements.
A3:The testing fees are not included in the unit price, as we provide you with EXW (Ex-factory) or FOB prices. To ensure the product meets all regulatory standards, we strictly manage our supply chain and design processes, utilizing the most cost-effective materials that satisfy all compliance requirements.
A4:We have established reasonable Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) based on product and logistics cost curves. This ensures that your costs remain optimized by avoiding small-volume surcharges, while guaranteeing a comprehensive customer service experience.
